Ultrasound Diagnostics Center

The Ultrasound Diagnostics Center was established in February 2011. The role of the center is that sonographers conduct excellent diagnoses efficiently using high-performance ultrasonic diagnostic equipment. Ultrasound scanning is noninvasive, painless, easy-to-use, relatively inexpensive, and repeatable. As numbers of information could be obtained safely, ultrasound scanning is a useful way of examining many of the body’s internal organs including heart and liver.
At the Ultrasound Diagnostics Center, the following staffs take a central role in carrying out examinations using the latest ultrasonic diagnostic equipment.

  • Specialist physicians of the cardiovascular section (related clinical divisions: Cardiovascular Medicine, Cardiovascular Surgery, and Pediatric Cardiology)
  • The gastroenterological section (related clinical divisions: Gastroenterology and Hepatology)
  • The vascular ultrasonic section (related clinical divisions: Cardiovascular Medicine, General Medicine, Neurology, Nephrology, and Diabetology)
